Time Travel in Portrait?
This is a painting from the 1880s. As you can see, the painting shows a man Joseph Smith, holding out what we may call a CD box. The painting refers to Joseph Smith, author of the Book of Mormon, "a sacred text of the Latter Day Saint movement, which adherents believe contains writings of ancient prophets who lived on the American continent from approximately 2200 BC to AD 421. It was first published in March 1830 by Joseph Smith as The Book of Mormon: An Account Written by the Hand of Mormon upon Plates Taken from the Plates of Nephi." The plastic case, which looks like a CD box, couldn't have been possible before the mid 1880s, while the first CD was invented in the 1980s. So... what is this?
Time Traveller at the Virtual Museum?
This is the photograph taken during the reopening of the South Fork Bridge in the 1940s in Gold Bridge, British Columbia, Canada. But among the seemingly happy 20th century crowd stands someone who does not belong: a man in a twenty-first century attire, wearing a jacket and a pair of goggles. This certainly isn't the fashion of the time. So is this a time traveller?
A Cell Phone in 1928
The above clip has been extracted from Charlie Chaplin's 1928 movie "The Circus", during its premier at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre. Can you see the woman walking behind the zebra? Look closer, can you see her holding a cell phone to her ear? It's called time travel folks!
Time Traveller in 1838
This video from 1938 shows another woman walking with a cell phone in her hand. After creating huge controversy for almost a year, the video was sadly debunked. A Youtuber named Planetcheck wrote in a comment that the lady shown was his own grandmother Gertrude Jones:
So is Planetcheck telling the truth, or just trying to be famous? Who knows?She was 17 years old, I asked her about this video and she remembers it quite clearly. She says Dupont [the company that reportedly owns the factory in the video] had a telephone communications section in the factory. They were experimenting with wireless telephones. Gertrude and five other women were given these wireless phones to test out for a week. Gertrude is talking to one of the scientists holding another wireless phone who is off to her right as she walks by.
Andrew Basiago Through Time and Space
This one's from my recent article Project Pegasus: A Secret U.S Time Travel Experiment?. Washington Lawyer Andrew Basiago (born in the 1960s) claims to have been part of a top secret time travel and teleportation experiment undertaken by the U.S government, when he was only 7 years old! Basiago travelled to Pres. Lincoln's famed Gettysburg Address, and was photographed in the following Josephine Cogg image. He's been shown with an arrow.
